This summer, the Toronto Maple Leafs will once again hold their baseball camp for kids.
This camp will cover the basic aspects of baseball including stretching, throwing, hitting, base running and fielding.
The week-long camp will include group instruction and stations on each fundamental part of the game taught by former professional baseball players as well as current Toronto Maple Leaf players.
A typical day at the camp would look like this:
9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Stretching and Throwing
9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Station Instruction
(Infield, Outfield, Pitching and Hitting)
12 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Lunch (Pizza provided on Fridays only)
1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Game Situations
Camp will end at 3 p.m. daily and alternate plans will be made in case of rain.
Camp will conclude at the end of the week with a live game played among the campers based on age and talent level.
Camp dates are as follows:
1: July 4-9
2: July 11-15
3: July 18-22
4: July 25-29
*5: August 2-5
6: August 8-12
*Please be advised there will be no camp on August 1st due to holiday.
Cost of the camp is $150 for each player. Payments can be mailed to:
